RETURNS

MADE TO ORDER

With the exception of some of gifts, all items on the nlanlaVictory website are made to order for each customer. Our crafting process means you will receive a high quality, luxury product that ensures longevity. We want you to love your jewellery and wellness purchases and thank you in advance for your patience.

Our handmade products are in limited batches and stock will vary. Some items will be available for pre-order and if not currently in stock the product will say “Made to Order”. It can take up to 14 days to complete. You will receive updates on your handcrafted pieces and we will keep you up to date with the expected dispatch date.

Any items that are listed as “in stock” on the website will normally be delivered to you within 7 working days in the UK. Often, it will take 10-30 days for an International order. Please note that current delivery delays mean that standard Royal Mail shipping may take slightly longer to be delivered.

SUSTAINABLE RETURNS

In the rare event that you’re not pleased with your jewellery or wellness purchase, please feel free we are happy to offer an exchange with an in-stock item within 35 days of purchase.

We can offer a refund on items if it is unused and in the same condition that you received it in including the original packaging & receipt/ invoices(s) and within 14 days of your receipt of the order. Items that appear worn or used will not be refunded and returned to the customer.

Items exempt from both the return policy are:

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital products
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale including sample sales
  • We do not accept returns on jewellery because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

In the rare event that you find any fault with your item, please contact us via email only at info@nlanlaVictory.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Once we are notified of your faulty item, we will confirm the return via email.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note: you will be responsible for the item(s) until they reach us as we cannot be held responsible for items that become lost or damaged during your return postage to us, therefore we suggest you use a secure delivery service which requires a signature for proof of receipt. Any items that do not reach us are your responsibility.

PROCESSING YOUR REFUND

Upon receipt of the items being returned the payment account, credit card or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods minus the delivery charges (exceptions may apply). Delivery will only be covered for the returns of faulty goods if we are notified within 24 hours of receiving your order. The purchased item you wish to return must be received by us within 28 days of receiving your order.

We will process your refund within 10 working days of the receipt of the goods. Your credit card company may take 4-7 working days to credit your account. If after completing all this, you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@nlanlaVictory.com.
