Information below is the general guidance on our shipping.
We are not liable for any duties/taxes incurred.
On rare occasions, we have promotions giving free shipping UK or International shipping on select products any customs or taxes incurred are liable to the customer and this will be written on the product page.
Some free shipping promotions are for untracked shipping.

All our jewellery is handcrafted and usually takes no more than 2 business days to make. Made to order products can take up to 14 days, please see the product page. All wellness items are handcrafted and designed by us, out-of-stock items can take up to 14 days to make.
UK orders under £50 delivery is £3.00 via 2nd class mail untracked
UK 24 hour Next Day Delivery from £10.00 and is calculated at checkout.
International Delivery for orders is from £15 and is calculated at checkout
Please note that current delivery delays mean that standard Royal Mail shipping may take slightly longer to be delivered.

All Royal Mail deliveries are 48-72 hour tracked and signed for from time of dispatch.

- Royal Mail orders are sent via 2nd class untracked shipping.

- You will still need to pay for all customs and taxes, where applicable.
Please do not reject/refuse a delivery due to customs fees. If you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to customs fees, there will be a restocking fee of £30 deducted from your refund once your package has been returned to us.
